IRSUS will focus on SMEs, spin off and start ups, which are important vehicles for co-creating and commercialising the innovative technologies developed within ICT projects; and on research teams, often a source of new products that are then channelled through private organizations to the market. Research teams need, in order to bring their innovation to the market, “partnership with other companies”, they seek complementary capabilities, to help them commercialise their technologies.

The Innovation Radar (IR) is an EC initiative focused on the identification of high potential innovations and the key innovators behind them in FP7, CIP and Horizon 2020 projects. It supports innovators by suggesting a range of targeted actions to assist them in fulfilling their potential in the market.
